PDS allots 18,750 equity shares under ESOP

PDS has allotted 18,750 equity shares under ESOP on 20 October 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,29,58,366/- comprising of 14,14,79,183 equity shares divided into face value of Rs 2/- each.
