Affle 3i further allots 12.77 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Affle 3i has further allotted 12,77,155 equity shares to Affle Holdings (promoter company) on conversion of warrants. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 287,791,654 divided into 143,895,827 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

As on date, 30,16,443 equity shares have been allotted pursuant to conversion of warrants out of the total 74,00,000 warrants allotted to the promoter company, against receipt of an aggregate amount of Rs.611.50 crore out of the total amount of Rs.1100.38 crore including upfront amount of 25% and balance amount for exercise of warrants.
