Venus Pipes & Tubes commences partial operations of pipe spooling manufacturing capacity

Venus Pipes & Tubes announced the commencement of operations of a part of its dedicated pipe spooling manufacturing capacity, ahead of the earlier planned timeline of December 2026.

The early commissioning marks an important milestone in the Company's expansion into value-added pipe spooling solutions. By commencing production ahead of schedule, company aims to establish manufacturing readiness in advance of anticipated customer order, enabling faster execution and dispatch once order is received.

The Company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs. 185 crore from a data centre customer for pipe spooling solutions. Conversion of the LOI into firm orders is expected to commence in the coming days, with the balance manufacturing capacity planned to be operationalised in a phased manner over the next few months.
