Economic Buzz: China industrial output up by 5.5% in September

Industrial production in China rose by 5.5% in September compared to the same month in the previous year, according to a report by the National Bureau of Statistics released on Monday.

Month-on-month, industrial output increased by 0.6%

Manufacturing was up by 5.7%, while mining increased by 2%, and the production and supply of electricity, heat power, gas and water increased by 5.4%.
