Refex Renewables & Infrastructure allots 3,938 equity shares under ESOP

The board of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure at its meeting held on 17 October 2026 has approved the allotment of 3,938 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, to the employees in lieu of 3,938 employees' stock options (ESOPs) granted to the eligible employees of the Company including its subsidiaries in terms of RRIL - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2022.

After allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 4,49,79,350/- (divided into 44,97,935 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 4,50,18,730/- (divided into 45,01,873 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
