Apollo Pipes allots 20 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Apollo Pipes has allotted 20 lakh fully paid up equity shares on conversion of equal number of warrants. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 46,04,82,060 divided into 4,60,48,206 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
