SIS concludes buyback of 25.02 lakh equity shares

SIS announced that as on 16 October 2026, the company has bought back 25,02,674 equity shares at a volume weighted average price of Rs 423.55/- per equity share. Accordingly, the company has deployed Rs 105.99 crore excluding the transaction costs, which represents 100.00% of the maximum buyback size.
