Oberoi Realty fixes record date for 2nd interim dividend of 20%

Oberoi Realty has fixed 23 October 2026 as record date for 2nd interim dividend for FY 2027 at the rate of Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each. The dividend will be paid on 30 October 2026.
