Shadowfax Technologies has allotted 49,098 equity shares under ESOP on 16 October 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 5,86,99,20,880 /- (comprising 58,69,92,088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
