TTK Prestige allots 685 equity shares under ESOP

TTK Prestige has allotted 685 equity shares under TTK Prestige Limited - Long Term Incentive (Stock Options) Plan 2023.

Consequent upon this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,69,66,384 (consisting of 13,69,66,384 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each) to Rs. 13,69,67,069 (consisting of 13,69,67,069 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each).
