Aditya Birla Capital allots 21,081 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 21,081 equity shares under ESOP on 16 October 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,37,98,17,530 (i.e. 2,73,79,81,753 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
