Persistent Systems approves fund raising up to Rs 9,000 cr via NCDs and CPs

Persistent Systems on 15 October 2026 has approved fund raising by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures up to Rs 8,000 crore and issue of commercial paper amounting to Rs 1,000 crore on private placement basis.
