Shriram Finance changes name of subsidiary to Shriram Gilts

Shriram Finance announced that based on the No Objection received from Reserve Bank of India, the name of wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been changed from ?Shriram Overseas Investments? to ?Shriram Gilts? with effect from 15 October 2026 as approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
