Standard Engineering Technology has allotted 24,39,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 293/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 283/-), aggregating to Rs. 71,48,46,750/-, on a preferential basis to non-promoter investors.
