CG Power & Industrial Solutions allots 5,700 equity shares under ESOP

CG Power & Industrial Solutions has allotted 5,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, fully paid up, at an Exercise Price of Rs. 635.10 per share to the eligible employee under ESOP 2021 on exercise of the stock options granted.

Consequently, on allotment of the above equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 315,09,36,618 to Rs. 315,09,48,018 comprising of 157,54,74,009 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
