Virtuoso Optoelectronics allots 16.89 lakh equity shares

Virtuoso Optoelectronics has allotted 16,89,859 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 503 per equity share aggregating to Rs 84.99 crore to non promoter allottees on preferential basis. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 35,94,09,300/- comprising 3,59,40,930 equity shares of Rs. 10/ - each.
