The board of CEAT at its meeting held on 14 October 2026 has appointed Sumeet Narang, (DIN: 01874599) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non- Executive, Independent Director of the Company for a consecutive period of 5 (five) years from 14 October 2026, till 13 October 2031.
