The Federal Reserve shared in its latest Beige Book on Wednesday that economic activity expanded modestly across most US Districts since the previous reports, with two reporting moderate growth, three reporting modest growth, and four reporting slight growth. Three Districts reported no significant change.

Overall, most Districts reported that firms have maintained a positive economic outlook for the coming months. However, expectations tend to be for slight growth, weighted toward manufacturing and burdened by persistent uncertainties, the report showed.
