Algoquant Fintech invests Rs 52.50 lakh in AQ Capital Services

Algoquant Fintech has been allotted 52,500 equity shares having face value of Rs 10/- each at an issue price of Rs 100/- (Including premium of Rs 90/-) per equity share, aggregating amounting to Rs 52,50,000, by way of subscription to the Rights Issue of AQ Capital Services (AQCSPL), a subsidiary of the company.
