Turtlemint board approves investment of Rs 149.51 cr in Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services

The board Turtlemint Fintech Solutions at its meeting held on 14 October 2026, has approved an investment of up to Rs 1,49,51,13,103.05  in Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services (TIB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by way of subscription to the rights issue of up to 8,41,715 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of TIB, at an issue price of Rs 1,776.27 per share (including a premium of Rs 1,766.27 per share).

Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in TIB, pursuant to this investment.
