United Foodbrands announces incorporation of step-down subsidiary in UK

Barbeque Nation MENA Holding, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Foodbrands domiciled in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has incorporated a private company limited by shares under the name ?UFBL UK? in England and Wales. The incorporation was approved by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales on 13 October  2026.

Consequent to the aforesaid incorporation, UFBL UK Limited has become a step-down subsidiary (SDS) of the company.
