Board of Bajaj Consumer Care approves change in director

At meeting held on 14 October 2026

The board of Bajaj Consumer Care at its meeting held on 14 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Jitendra Ananda Mahajan (DIN: 02602356) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive, Independent Director for the first term of five (5) consecutive years from 14 October 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders.

The board also accepted the resignation of K. S. Narayanan (DIN: 08097152), Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with effect from 14 October 2026.
