Mini Diamonds (India) allots 1.11 crore convertible warrants

Mini Diamonds (India) has allotted 1.11 crore convertible warrants of face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 8 per warrant to promoter and promoter group on preferential basis against receipt of Rs 2.22 crore as 25% of the warrant subscription price.
