The company reported a 50% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 41.94 crore in Q2 FY27, from Rs 27.9 crore reported in the same period last year. Revenue from operations jumped 20.25% YoY to Rs 273.21 crore in quarter ended 30th September 2026.

The company attributed its revenue growth to strong momentum in its margin trading facility (MTF) business, steady distribution income and continued client acquisition.

Despite the rise in net profit and revenue, EBITDA margin dropped 423 bps to 36.5%. in Q2 FY27 compared with 40.8% in Q2 FY26.

EBITDA stood at Rs 99.86 crore in Q2 FY27, up 7.8% compared with Rs 92.65 crore posted in Q2 FY26.

Its assets under management (AUM) increased more than 29% YoY to Rs 9,999 crore while MTF book jumped over 38% YoY to Rs 1,499 crore during the second quarter of the ongoing financial year 2027.

Pradeep Gupta, chairman and managing director, said, ?The quarter was characterised by heightened market volatility arising from geopolitical issues and regulatory changes. Despite these headwinds, investor participation remained resilient, supported by sustained domestic inflows and continued growth in mutual fund assets.

Roop Kishor Bhootra, Wholetime Director, added, ?Going forward, we will remain focused on deepening client relationships, strengthening our technology infrastructure, and broadening our product and advisory capabilities. These efforts will support sustainable growth and create long-term value for all stakeholders.?
