Exhicon subsidiary acquires one Bell 206 L4 Helicopter

United Helicharters (UHPL), a subsidiary of Exhicon Events Media Solutions, has entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with Dhillon Aviation for the acquisition of one Bell 206 L4 helicopter (Manufacturer's Serial No. 52315, Registration Mark VT-ZIN).

The acquisition will add to the fleet of UHPL and support its helicopter charter operations.  Completion of the transaction is subject to the terms of the agreement and the applicable regulatory formalities under DGCA requirements.
