GMR Airports incorporates WoS - GMR Aero Realty

GMR Airports has incorporated GMR Aero Realty (GARL) as its wholly owned subsidiary in India and has accordingly subscribed to the Memorandum of Association of GARL.

GARL shall be engaged in carrying out any Real Estate, Land Development and other related opportunities that may come up from time to time. GARL is yet to commence business operations.
