Krsnaa Diagnostics allots 16.21 lakh convertible warrants

On preferential basis

Krsnaa Diagnostics has allotted 16,21,000 fully convertible warrants at a price (inclusive of both the Warrant Subscription Price and the Warrant Exercise Price) of Rs 566/- per warrant on a preferential basis to Promoter and Promoter Group entity of the Company.

The Company has received 25% of the Warrant Issue Price, i.e., Rs 566/- per warrant, aggregating to Rs 22,93,71,500/- from the Allottees.
