Dr Lal Pathlabs announces acquisition of bal 30% stake in Centrapath Labs

Dr Lal Pathlabs announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, PathLabs Unifiers (PUPL) has acquired balance 30% stake in Centrapath Labs (CPL), a subsidiary of PUPL, on 13 October 2026.
Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, CPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of PUPL.
