Urban Company board to consider proposal for fund raising

The board of Urban Company will meet on 16 October 2026 to consider proposal of raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares, and/ or other securities convertible into equity shares (including warrants, or otherwise), fully convertible debentures, with or without warrants and/ or convertible preference shares or any security convertible into equity shares, or any combination thereof, in one or more tranches, in Rupee denomination.
