Tata Elxsi allots 686 equity shares under ESOP

Tata Elxsi has allotted 686 equity shares under ESOP on 13 October 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,30,64,170 divided into 6,23,06,417 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
