Tech Mahindra allots 45,955 equity shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra has allotted 45,955 equity shares under ESOP on 13 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 98,02,05,040 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
