Hubtown invests Rs 3.25 cr in subsidiary - Rare Townships

Rare Townships (RTPL), a subsidiary of Hubtown, has today allotted 10,85,543 Class A equity shares of having a face value of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 20 per share, at an issue price of Rs 30 per share for cash for the total consideration of Rs. 3,25,66,290/- to the Company. Pursuant to this, the holding of the Company in RTPL has increased from 74.65% to 75.24% of Class A equity share capital of Rare Townships.
