Board of Eimco Elecon accepts resignation of CFO

The board of Eimco Elecon (India) at its meeting held on 13 October 2026 has noted the resignation of Vishal C. Begwani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 30 October 2026.
