L&T Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 800 cr

On private placement basis
L&T Finance has allotted 80,000 subordinated, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 on a private placement basis, in dematerialised form for cash for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 800 crore, to the identified investors on 12 October 2026.
