TD Power Systems allots 77.41 lakh equity shares under QIP issue

TD Power Systems has allotted 77,41,935 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 775 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 774 per equity share), as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to Rs 599.99 crore, which includes a discount of 0.05% to the floor price of Rs 775.35 per equity share pursuant to QIP issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 31,37,06,860, comprising of 31,37,06,860 equity shares of Re 1 each to Rs 32,14,48,795, comprising of 32,14,48,795 equity shares of Re 1 each.
