Sai Life Sciences allots 54,500 equity shares under ESOP

Sai Life Sciences has allotted 54,500 equity shares under ESOP on 12 October 2026. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 21,24,18,217/- to Rs 21,24,72,716/-.
