Board of Nazara Technologies approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 12 October 2026

The board of Nazara Technologies at its meeting held on 12 October 2026 has accepted the resignation of Rakesh Shah from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 15 October 2026.

The board has approved the appointment of Arun Agrawal as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 16 October 2026.
