One Mobikwik Systems allots 3.14 lakh equity shares under ESOP

One Mobikwik Systems has allotted 3,14,767 equity shares under ESOP on 12 October 2026.

Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the Company stand increased from Rs 15,74,93,834 consisting of 7,87,46,917 equity shares having face value of Rs 2/- each to Rs 15,81,23,368 consisting of 7,90,61,684 equity shares having face value of Rs 2/- each.
