Minda Corporation to acquire 26% stake in Sunsure Solarpark Sixteen

Minda Corporation has executed a Share Subscription Agreement with Sunsure Energy and Sunsure Solarpark Sixteen to acquire 26% equity of Sunsure Solarpark Sixteen.

Sunsure is engaged into the business of setting up ground mounted, grid connected solar electric generating facility.
