Board of Hindustan Composites recommends special interim dividend

Hindustan Composites announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 October 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special interim dividend of Rs 21 per equity Share (i.e. 420%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
