RateGain allots 16,705 equity shares under Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme

RateGain Travel Technologies has allotted 16,705 equity shares under RateGain - Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme - 2022 on 12 October 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 118,532,882/- (118,532,882 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 118,549,587/- (118,549,587 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
