Board of Pace Digitek approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 250 cr

The board of Pace Digitek at its meeting held on 12 October 2026 has approved the issuance of 2,50,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures, having a face value of up to Rs 10,000 each aggregating up to Rs 250 crore.
