Board of Emcure Pharmaceuticals approves draft scheme of amalgamation

The board of Emcure Pharmaceuticals at its meeting held on 12 October 2026 has approved the draft Composite Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Zuventus Healthcare and Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals (collectively referred to as the Transferor Companies) both being wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with Emcure Pharmaceuticals (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).
