Aeroflex Inds soars as board to consider capacity expansion

Aeroflex Industries surged 10.49% to Rs 575.05 after the company announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, to consider expansion plans.
The board will deliberate on further capacity enhancements, along with any other business with the permission of the chair.
Aeroflex Industries is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of metallic flexible flow solutions, which are widely used across diverse industries including oil and gas, aerospace, petrochemicals, renewable energy, electric mobility and other critical engineering sectors.
The company?s consolidated net profit surged 162.06% to Rs 18.79 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 7.17 crore in Q1 FY26. Net sales jumped 72.39% YoY to Rs 145.38 crore in the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
