Delhivery allots 2.28 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Delhivery has allotted 2,28,116 equity shares under ESOP on 10 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to from Rs. 74,92,94,369/- to Rs. 74,95,22,485/-.
