Mold-Tek Technologies allots 2.88 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Mold-Tek Technologies has allotted 2,88,05,118 equity shares having face value of Rs.2/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1:1. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 5,76,10,236 equity shares of Rs 2 each amounting to Rs 11.52 crore.
