Puravankara concludes fund raise of Rs 300 cr via NCDs

Puravankara has allotted the final 250 unlisted, unrated, senior, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating up to Rs 25 crore as fourth and last tranche of the Rs 300 crore NCD issuance by way of private placement to identified investors.
