Aditya Birla Capital allots 95,836 equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 95,836 equity shares under ESOP on 09 October 2026.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 27,37,86,48,360 (i.e. 2,73,78,64,836 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 27,37,96,06,720 (i.e. 2,73,79,60,672 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
