KEC International bags Rs 1,030-cr order

KEC International secured new orders worth Rs 1,030 crore across its various businesses.

The transmission and distribution (T&D) business secured orders for a 400 kV transmission line in Bhutan, an additional order for a 380 kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia, and the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas.

The renewables business secured an order for a 300+ MW wind project from a private developer in southern India. The cables and conductors? business also secured orders in India and overseas markets. With these wins, the company?s year-to-date order intake stood at over Rs 8,600 crore.

KEC International is a global infrastructure EPC company and part of the RPG Group. It operates across the power transmission and distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil & gas pipelines, and cables businesses.

The company reported 42% fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 73 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 125 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue for the period under review remained flat at Rs 5,024 crore.

Shares of KEC International jumped 5.67% to close at Rs 369.70 on the BSE.
