Transrail Lighting allots 2.58 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Transrail Lighting has allotted 2,58,800 equity shares under ESOP on 09 October 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 13,45,14,825 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,90,29,650/-.
